Market PresidentListening to music is my favorite thing to do. It is my passion, my escape, my life. I love the way the lyrics can mean something to you depending on what emotions you are feeling.
Escrow OfficerOne of my hobbies is traveling. I love the experience of visiting a new (or revisiting a familiar) place, enjoying the scenery and history, taking in everything it has to offer, and interacting with the people there. It relaxes me and allows me to connect with a different area of the world. I have instilled this love in my children, and my fondest memories revolve around traveling with my family.
Escrow OfficerI enjoy spending time with my husband and our 3 fur babies. I am a huge animal lover, and if I could rescue them all, I would!!
Escrow OfficerLake life is a different way of life for me. I love the outdoors and spending time with family, hanging out on our deck and looking out over the water. Whether it’s paddleboarding or taking the boat out for the day, the lake is my getaway from the hustle and bustle of urban life.
Escrow OfficerSpending time with my husband, our kids, and our fur baby is the best medicine for me. It doesn’t matter if we are traveling to explore a new city together, grilling out on our patio listening to music, or at our local doggy beer garden. Their laughter and smiles fuel my soul.
I love music, going to concerts, movies and road trips. Having new experiences is one of the coolest things for me. The beach is my most favorite place to go when vacationing. I am a huge animal lover and have 2 kitties that I rescued and adore. Wish I could rescue them all.
Escrow AssistantThere is noting that makes me feel more free than riding my mountain bike. I can hop on it and within seconds of gliding down a street, up a mountain, or along the beautiful Tampa Bay sidewalk, I’m filled with elation! The ONLY thing better is bike-riding with my daughter, who is my life’s treasure! My life is simple and pure!
Escrow AssistantReading is one of my favorite hobbies. The way a novel can create a world on its own is a truly fantastic thing. It’s my own way of escaping from the reality of the real world for a little while. My wife and I read together every night before bed.
Family is the most important thing to me. I come from a family of 9 and now there are 27 of us. My own son and daughter are my world. Everything I do, I do for them! I see every person I meet as someone’s family member and, to me, you always take good care of family.
CEOFish. I love to fish. It’s my relaxation, my get away. It recharges me and clears my mind to tackle important work projects. I love being productive at work…and I understand the things that allow me to maximize that productivity.
What services do you offer?
When are you open?
We want to be here when you need us.
Our normal hours are Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm, but we will accommodate your special needs when possible.
How do I engage your closing services?
It all starts with making your wishes known. Tell your real estate agent and mortgage lender early in the process that you want to work with ARKANSAS TITLE. In fact, give us a call, fax or e-mail…and we’ll follow up with them too!
By contacting us at the BEGINNING of your real estate journey, we can help you and your agent be better prepared to eliminate those nasty last minute settlement surprises!
What is closing?
Some people say “closing,” others say “settlement”. The federal government even calls it a “consumation”.
It all means the same thing….that your real estate transaction is being finalized by your signatures and the exchange of any contracted consideration.
Is it complicated?
Well, yes it is.
There are many areas that must be properly handled. In addition to proper signatures on deed and loan documents, there are taxes to be paid, liens to be researched and released, courthouse filings to be made, funds to be received and exchanged, surveys, insurance, POA dues to be pro-rated and paid…and lots of other small details that must be properly handled lest the whole process gets derailed.
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
We’ll handle the details! It’s what we do.
Are mortgage closing and closing the same thing?
How much do your services cost?
Who is responsible for paying for title and closing services?
Many real estate contracts spell out who pays for what between the buyer and seller (that’s why it’s important that we be involved early in your real estate journey).
Our belief is that the more we can do for you the better our “bundled” price can be. Let’s talk about the ways you can save money with Arkansas Title. We really do want to earn your business, both with our price AND our service!

Always bring a government-issued photo ID, such as your driver’s license. (Some lenders will require a second form of identification.)
If you are required to bring funds to closing, Arkansas law requires that those funds must be in the form of a wire transfer or cashier’s check. Most of our clients prefer the ease of a wire transfer.
If your closing involves a corporation, LLC, trust, estate, power of attorney or other non-individual entity, you will be required to present the proper evidence of authority to act on behalf of the entity. The necessary documentation should be discussed with us prior to closing to insure that the closing goes smoothly.
